THE MEADOW

The story behind the evolution of the book “The Meadow” is quite remarkable and, even though this book is not yet published, we have decided to devote an entire page on this web site to its background and the brilliant way in which Universal Law manoeuvred its creation. Thanks to the Internet and TV shows like the Oprah Winfrey show, just about everyone knows the buzz words, “Law of Attraction” these days, and many books  have been written  on the subject. However, the true mechanics of this Law are quite extraordinary and powerful enough to draw people, events and circumstances together in order to disclose information, reveal secrets, encourage new inventions, or, in our case, write a powerful spiritual love story. My charming co-author tells his side following this introduction. If you would like to be notified when “The Meadow” is published, please send us your email information here.

Writing this book has been a labour of love that has forged a wonderful friendship between us and our families. “The Meadow” is an epic spiritual love drama with a very special message.

Meet my friend and co-author:

MIKE O’HARE:

I hail from North East England and, for more than 40 years, I have been nurturing an idea for a very unusual story. Via her website, and through an amazing chain of ‘coincidences’ I was put in touch with Elfreda who, after hearing about my idea, vigorously encouraged me get it into manuscript format. When she began assisting me with writing it, her only comment was that this was no ordinary tale.  Then an incredible thing happened. As the story began to unfold, she actually began to recognize it! The energy behind all of this was so bizarre, so otherworldly, that we decided to use our “chance” meeting as a backdrop for the book. All we had to do was to add the romantic element. You will have to read “The Meadow” to get all the details!

I have known Elfreda for almost three years and within that time, together, we created “The Meadow”. Without doubt, there are some unique and even astonishing aspects involved in its creation. We wrote it without laying eyes on one another and actually only came face to face for the first time after its completion. We are diagonally opposite each other in the Zodiac; to the day, and the hour. We both write with the accompaniment of music, and, unbeknownst to us, used the same piece of music – to name but a few of the astonishing aspects of our relationship.  This is a wonderful example of how natural laws work and direct us in our daily lives. “The Meadow” is an epic love story involving four past lives where, across centuries and continents, from ancient Mexica to contemporary Pakistan, the lovers fail to bond. The story involves international espionage and intrigue, leaving the frustrated lovers with only one option – to reunite in the Meadow, a celestial waterhole that exists between lives.

I am curious: Irrespective of your beliefs, how would you feel if knowledge was presented to you suggesting that you might have existed in lives stretching over millennia? In other words, your soul has been re-clothed over and over. Have you ever seriously considered this possibility and the emotions that this knowledge would evoke? Would you be terrified, shocked or elated at such a thought? The buzz word is of course, reincarnation, but we believe the mechanics behind it all are much more intricate and fascinating.

I am suggesting that your soul can only develop in a physical environment. It seems illogical and even impossible that we can achieve everything we need in just one lifetime.  People exist at many different levels of consciousness and there is only one logical conclusion – the more evolved have had more than one chance to put things right. “The Meadow” carries a very profound message.   I hope that it plants the seeds of curiosity, prompting people to ask questions, not only of the environment which dictates how they live, but also prompting them to  look more closely at themselves and take full responsibility for every aspect of their existence. Please visit my blog at http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.ListAll&friendID=371865463 to participate in discussions on this fascinating topic.  Elfreda and I hope that you will enjoy “The Meadow” as much as we enjoyed writing it. The sequel is in production.
